#3 MP3 library never gets created

I installed WWWinamp and I can access it on my network.
The webpage shows me whats currently in my Winamp
playlist, but there is no library.

Winamp & WWWinamp are installed on my C: drive, but my
music is on my D: drive...

D:\music\a\Alice in Chains\Facelife\Man In The Box.mp3

In the config file, I put D:\music for the path to scan.

WWWinamp scans recursively each folder right?
