I have found that this is a bug that lies within Half-Life
that when the server processor load is too great, some
entities will not be loaded by accident. For instance while
playing de_prodigy in CS, the glass at the terrorist spawn
won't load on occasion. No idea why certain types of
entities are targeted though...
