Adding additional line into the dialplan generation script to make sure that MixMonitor and Monitor streams are properly closed once recording is complete. This was to fix a bug that caused full-call recordings to be dropped if the user hung up abruptly before the call was over.

OIncluded an extra line in the dialplan (extensions.conf as generated by the Python script) to do full-call recordings using MixMonitor (instead of Monitor alone) -- because MixMonitor does not suffer...

OIncluded an extra line in the dialplan (extensions.conf as generated by the Python script) to do full-call recordings using MixMonitor (instead of Monitor alone) -- because MixMonitor does not suffer from the problem of dropped call recordings in case of hangup.

Modified the default.conf.generator.py script such that it now takes in as argument a config file for extensions and another one for users. Eliminated harcoded paths in the script, basically.

Also changed the way priorities of different items in the dialplan is set in extensions.conf (by using the 'n' argument for 'next higher priority number' as opposed to manually specifying the number)
