#1 Manage Address Book

I've been trying to a find script that will allow me
to fetch a list of contacts from any given hotmail
account. The problem is there are no free/GPL scripts
in existance for this.

I came accross Hail and it's a great project, but the
only thing lacking is the abilty to read/manipulate
the address book.

If you would consider even a simple method to get a
list of contacts, that would be great.
