[Haggle-arch] Mailproxy test application in the CVS head version

Hi all,

I was trying to run the CVS head version of haggle, but I was not able 
to find the mailproxy test application of the release 0.5.

The overview.html file suggests to launch haggle.app.HaggleAndDaemons, 
but that class is not present in the directory.
