ok it going to be for all windows systems the windows we put in is becuse it ment to men it will run on all windows the second thing is the trove list is yet to be updated so i glade you brought this to my attantion the langwige will be java first qand it be in comand line window first then when we get the basic program done it will be in a window based program such as most ganmmes there will be graphics and other things wher hopeing to put 3d graphics in it if posible

The Target Operating System should be "All 32-bit Windows (...)" to properly reflect your ideals.
Everything in the "Translations" category should be a translation, if your project is meant to be in English then that's not a translation.
3d Graphics aren't that hard to implement but they come at a heavy cost, the cost of complexity, once you get into 3d new possibilities open up, and you must be careful not to rush features.
The idea of evolving from a console-based to a window-based version of this game is good if you use the console development to test and define all the data types, as well as many other things that aren't related with graphics.
Please learn from other game's mistakes, Uplink and DarkSigns are very good examples of what I mean: Good Ideas rather wasted or underdeveloped.
Reconsider what language you wish to use, exploring at least 3 different languages to see which of them archives the best development environment for the project is important, and has to be done before it starts.

What are you hoping to use for the interfaces? console,awt,swing?
Is it online based?
