Dependencies of the package

The following list details which packages we need, and a quick outline of what they are used for.

Depends

These packages are attached when loading our package:

• methods: needed for S4 classes and methods
• OutbreakTools: S4 classes and methods for storing / handling outbreak data
• ggplot2: advanced static graphics

Import

Some functions of these packages are called by our package, but will not be attached when loading the package.
