#386 Arrow keys mapping to volume up/down

First of all I have to thank you for the application as is now. It is great no doubts.

I use it on Galaxy Note II and when I connect over SSH to linux server and run mc I miss keyboard arrows when in 4 row portrait keyboard.

Changing layout is a hell of a work but it may be nice to have the ability to assign arrow keys either to gestures or volume up/down in configuration.
