#385 Hide keyboard when using bluetooth keyboard

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I have the setting enabled to show soft keyboard when no hardware keyboard is present, however the soft keyboard persists on-screen.

What is the expected behavior?
Keyboard should not be visible if hardware keyboard is being used. Anykey supports this by hiding the keyboard on first keypress from hardware.

What version of Hacker's Keyboard are you using? 1.33
On what phone or tablet? Galaxy Note 10.1 with Bluetooth keyboard
