#206 capslock turns off between typing sessions

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.turn caps lock on, type away FHDTT MBJUFF MKUG
2.touch screen elsewhere so keyboard disappears
3.go to enter text again and caps lock is off

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
I would like to be able to enter text with caps on all the time. I lable photos and spreadsheets and switch between apps but need caps to stay on when returning to said apps.

What version of Hacker's Keyboard are you using? (See "Debug" section at
the bottom of the app's Settings menu.) 1.31.1311
On what phone or tablet?
TF201 or  galaxy Note

If aplicable, does this affect the 4-row or 5-row layout, or both? Which
language(s)?
All keyboard layouts, english

Sorry, I'll treat this as "working as intended" for now. Once I have layout customization working, it would be easy to add an optional all-caps layout as an input mode - please see issue 13.
