Code Body Test Format

Same as normal but no i... parameter since there is no support for looping on test codes. The loop parameter is instead used to define up to how many codes are covered by this test code or if zero then it covers every code covered by the parent test from that point onwards, if no parent test then all remaining codes in hack and all child hacks are covered by the test code.
