Code Body Copy Format

Same as normal but no i... parameter is used.

Presently there is no support for writing a second address into the code though that may change later if feedback indicates it is desired, for now though the v... parameter is added to the x... parameter to obtain the address that will be written to while the x... itself is used as the address to read from.
