#7 in-line v. attachments

I spoke with the FDA, FTC, SEC, et al why they didn't read the spam reports that I had been sending them. They replied that the new Federal Government regs state that they can only send and receive email in plain text and without any attachments with any party that doesn't have a *.mil or *.gov domain. Whether this is true or not I don't know but since hearing that I have been sending the spam I receive in-line and every recipient has read the spam report. Maybe there is some truth in what I was told.

The latest version of Habu 1.8.6.2 doesn't work under Thunderbird 2.0.0.6, does Habu 1.8.7 work under the current version of Thunderbird?
