[HA-JDBC] cluster state management

Hi,

I am having this bit of XML in my cluster config:

<state id="sqlite">
  <property name="locationPattern">/tmp/{0}</property>
</state>

However, when I start my application it errors out with this on first
attempt of creating HA-JDBC connection to the cluster (this is probably
where cluster gets initialized):

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: No net.sf.hajdbc.state.StateManagerFactory found matching sqlite

I've tried with H2 SQL state manager as well. Same kind of error just
with 'sql' at the end.

I am passing cluster config xml file programmatically in properties to
my application's connect() function and everything else works as
expected and advertised.

Am I missing something required for state manager to start/function
correctly?
