Trac's wiki has nice support for programming languages highlighting (java, xml, etc.).
This is only thing I miss in current mediawiki setup.
Maybe somebody knows how to configure mediawiki to highlight the syntax (if it supports this).
XML highlighting is particularly useful for configuration examples.

One more thing -- I can't edit wiki pages. Seems like smth wrong with permissions in mediawiki.
To me this wiki should be writable for any registered user of sf.net

Agreed. Can you create new pages? Is the permission problem limited to editing pages created by someone else?
I'll grant your user "editor" permissions until I figure out what the problem is with default permissions.

If we may install extensions... I've been using SyntaxHighlight GeSHi http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:SyntaxHighlight_GeSHi on many other mediaWiki.
