#22 connection URL in the configuration is not trimmed

If you write the connection url in the node configuration as followed the driver won't load.

<url>
jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://.......
</url>

you need to trim the text.

Changing priority to low - since there is an obvious workaround.
It would be cleanest if JiBX would support trimming whitespace. I'll look into it.
