#24 RTOS support

Support for h5labview on NI RTOS should be possible, although specs indicate alignment rules are different to host linux systems:

• Natural alignment 8 bytes not 4 bytes
• EXT implemented as DBL which is 8-byte aligned whereas 80-bit IEEE EXT is unaligned
• May be other compiler-specific details

Debugging may be nontrivial without an NI RTOS target for testing
