#1 Switch to javassist for bc generation

javassist needs to be on the client classpath for JBoss AOP. May as well use that instead of cglib. That way, if Hibernate is configured to use javassist as well, there will be no need to have cglib on the classpath.

Since I'm probably going to ditch JBoss AOP, this request is starting to look irrelevant.
