Gentlemen, I got the same IO exeption when trying to connect to the host. the path entry in my WEB-INF/h3270-config.xml looks like: <exec-path>/$H3270_BIN</exec-path> I also tried <exec-path>C:/$H3270_BIN</exec-path> but no sucess yet. Could you please print a valid sample for this entry?? Also, where to enter the host 3270 port? I tryed 127.0.0.1:3270 but nothing (my host post is 3270). Thanks,

there is no other cygwin1.dll in my local , but I did have git, vmware installed. My expected jdk is in the very beginning of PATH.

Further update: Installation is successful. I am able to access the application.
Updates to the issue: I was able to run Tomcat 5 s3270 and h3270 installation is still an issue
