Now we are re-releasing GS2, I think it is important that we take down the old GS2 website and project to avoid confusion. Any objections? At the very least we can post a message pointing to the new project on both the old website and the old project page.
bdorland is okay with this in principle, but would like the ancient releases (i.e. pre-2004) to still be available. So we can either maintain the old project with messages to point users over to this one, or we can move the releases over to our downloads page.
There is now a clear message on the old sourceforge project directing people to the new project. However, the website still has no such message.
The website now points to the new project so this can be closed.
