#521 Cannot get gyachi to install

Whenever I try to install gyachi I get the following message: W: GPG error: http://us.archive.ubuntu.com lucid Release: The following signatures were invalid: BADSIG 40976EAF437D05B5 Ubuntu Archive Automatic Signing Key <ftpmaster@ubuntu.com>. Nothing i seem to try helps me install gyachi.
