Is the Makefile in Gxsm-Manual of any use? I would like to clean it up, so that I can properly make a toolchain for creating deb's and rpm's out of the documentation. Do we want html documentation generated, or is a pdf sufficient?

No - it's an relict from HTML generation I just cept in case - but I think I'll not do this any longer so it can be removed.
