Update.

Minor fixes to make the configure script work (and the following build too) on a Debian GNU/Linux 4.0 system.

Updating the TODO.

Changing "Gavares eXperimental Emulator" to GXemul in the preliminary README file and RELEASE notes, for uniformity.

Moving NativeTranslationExists and LookupCurrentCodePage from MIPS_CPUComponent to CPUComponent; these are intended to be used from most CPU components.

Adding a test to the configure script for the "-ansi" compiler option; implementing a simple parse_number to replace strtoull to make everything build with -ansi.

Initial SVN import seems to have worked.
