Removing erroneous argument.

Applying a patch from Kenji Aoyama for calculating LUNA-88K FUSE ROM checksum.

Also set PFAR, when simulating illegal address (similar to memory_m88k.c). Needed for MACH CPU id detection routine.

Implementing 88K word and byte memset loops (used by the OpenBSD/luna88k kernel and userland, respectively). Also fixing typo when detecting tcnd nop instruction.

Bool fixes.

Moving some CPU disassembly code to cpu.c, which was essentially the same in all CPU implementations.

debugmsg-ifying some MIPS opcode warnings.

If a debugmsg has set about_to_enter_single_step, then do not run the translated instruction.

Removing duplicate extern definition.

Removing weird defines, hopefully enabling build on Linux.
