Adding expect scripts for booting OpenBSD/luna88k.

Some int to bool conversion, and also making debugger_n_steps_left_before_interaction hidden inside the debugger module.

Fix some warnings and exit() cases.

Fix warning about size of buffer.

Use C99 INFINITY.

Assuming availabilty of __func__ (C99 standard).

Basic i960 b.out support. Perhaps not really working.

Use i960CA for the bare i960 machine.

Fixing weird output of "verb all n".

More i960 stuff, including re-adding the (so far dummy) Cyclone VH machine.
