When returning from 32-bit ARM instructions to 16-bit THUMB, make sure to break out of dyntrans. Also, do not invalidate translations when switching between modes.

Continuing on ARM/THUMB.

Using the cpu->cd.arm.flags and not cpsr for arithmetic flags (as it is meant to be used); also adding THUMB conditional branches.
