Commit [r4949] Maximize Restore History

After fixing a bug in the DEC21143 NIC (the TDSTAT_OWN bit was only cleared for the last segment when transmission, not all segments), NetBSD/pmppc boots with root-on-nfs without the timeouts. Updating guestoses.html.
