The KN02_CSR_NRMMOD bit in the DECstation 5000/200 (KN02) CSR should be set, to allow a 5000/200 PROM to boot.

Adding a check for broken GCC on Solaris to the configure script. (GCC 3.4.3 on Solaris cannot handle static variables which are initialized to 0 or NULL. :-/)
