Fixing bugs in the M88K "and" and "and.u" instructions (found by comparing against the manual). Implementing more M88K instructions (mask[.u], mak, bcnd (auto-generated)) and some more control register details.

Found and fixed the bug which caused Linux for QEMU_MIPS to stop working in 0.4.5.1: It was a faulty change to the MIPS sc and scd instructions I made while going through gcc -W warnings on 20070428.
