Commit [r4315]  Maximize  Restore  History

Cleanup/performance fix for 64-bit virtual translation table

updates (by removing the "timestamp" stuff). A full NetBSD/pmax
3.0.1 install for R4400 has dropped from 667 seconds to 577 :)
