Implementing a "dirty flag" for the emulation; the GTKMM GUI
now asks for confirmation before quitting, opening a new
emulation, etc, if the model is dirty.

Continuing a little on tab completion of variable names.

"ram.memo" is now expanded to "root.ram0.memoryMapped",
if variables "memoryMappedAddr" and "memoryMappedSize" are
available.

Removing old entries from the TODO file.

Changing font again for the GTKMM GUI debug console: Monospace 8 looks much better than Courier 9.

Nicer help message, including information on how to use methods and state variable names.

Nicer tab completion in CommandInterpreter, by showing Methods and Variables separately.

State variable names of components can now be tab completed.
"Running" a variable (e.g. cpu0.pc) will print its value.

Adding a (so far dummy) ComponentPalette area to the GTKMM GUI.

Removing obsolete TODO items from TODO.html.
