#14 Pagination: provide a way to handle no results

For the pagination controls, it would be nice if when no results come back there was an easy way to handle this.
This would be handy if you want to put in some text explaining why there are no results, or something fancier. At the moment you just get a table with a header, but no rows, and I can't see an easy way to handle this case at the moment.
