Hi Andrew,

I just uploaded the jars that people need to SF:

gwt-openlayers-client.jar
gwt-openlayers-server.jar

In addition I have zipped the complete sources of all modules in a single zip:
gwt-openlayers-sources.zip

Because of the single sources zip I figure that people don't need the
sources jars on SF (or they can get that from the Maven repos).

I guess now we have to spread the word as soon as the jars hit Maven
Central and prepare for 0.6.

I also found out that index.html was messed up a little bit (not that
Firefox cared at all), because it contained some of the old html. I
cleaned it up, so it only has the please wait you will be redirected
statement :).
