[Gwt-openlayers-devl] maven for gwt dependency

Hi all,

Please use Maven for the GWT-dependency of the main codebase and don't
enable 'use Google Web Toolkit' from the Google Eclipse plugin on the main
project. The Google Eclipse plugin will set paths that are specific to each
Eclipse + GWT SDK install.

The showcase still needs the GWT-plugin so there it is inevitable, but the
showcase can be loaded into Eclipse as a separate project on which you must
enable the Google Eclipse plugin.
