[Gwt-openlayers-devl] migrated cvs to hg

Dear all,

I finally managed to migrate the CVS repository to our Mercurial repository.
This has cost me quite some time, fiddling with cygwin (for cvsps) and
finding my way around mercurial.

The base package is now renamed to 'org.gwtopenmaps.openlayers.client' and
everything seems to work.

Feel free to clone the central repo, and let me know if it all works for
you! I added some information about using Mercurial on the developer
reference on the wiki.

Now that the Mercurial repository is up and running I will have a look how I
can make a tag and release 0.4 into the wild. I have a base example running,
that I need to describe a bit on the wiki, which I plan to do when I have
another bit of spare time for the release.
