[Gwt-openlayers-devl] releasing 0.4

Dear all,

The original plan was to release GWT-OL 0.4 mid april, and I was hoping to
be able to get that release done before my marriage next tuesday. However,
my schedule didn't allow me to free time for making the release, and also I
will be away until the 10th of may, so I cannot answer questions if the
release would be coming week.

My proposal is to release GWT-OL in may, around the 17th of may. Then we
also have some more time to get the code base as consistent as possible.
When I get back I can then work on getting the website and wiki ready. But
if anyone can get one or more tutorials up on the wiki in the mean time that
would be great.

Finally, we have to vote on a name for the package. Here are my suggestions:
