[Gwt-openlayers-devl] MapWidget cleanup

Hi all,

I cleaned up the MapWidget code and as far as I could see I cleaned up code
that is not used anywhere. If you experience any problems with the present
MapWidget or the fact that Map constructors are not public anymore, please
report them.

The gmap variable was not declared and the hidden panel was never used as
far as I could see.

Erdem, can you testify that the hidden panel was not necessary?

Does anyone thinks it would make sense if the MapWidget would extend
FocusWidget. Initially I am inclined to say it is not sensible, but possible
this convenient to provide keyboard navigation for the map.
