Hi Aaron,

I have no past experience with bitbucket.org. I just took a quick look 
and my initialsense is that SF is much more mature in comparison and 
offers way more services.

Respectfully, I would not be in favor of moving away from SF.

Again from my perspective I consider getting the project active with a 
good site of mailing lists, wiki pages etc. is more important than VCS 
choice and move away from SF seems to be undesirable.
