It seems to be available from here:

on there has the functionality I need, anyway.

Actually, I lied. It's not available in that repository. It is somewhere
though, I know because I've already downloaded it.... hmmm

You can always do on own build version:

call mvn install:install-file 
-Dfile=gwt-openlayers-client-0.6-SNAPSHOT.jar 
-DgroupId=org.gwtopenmaps.openlayers -DartifactId=gwt-openlayers-client 
-Dversion=0.6 -Dpackaging=jar -DgeneratePom=true
