You can invoke the "Chart.setTitle()" method before or after the chart is rendered. If you invoke it before the chart is rendered, it will set the options on the chart so that it will be rendered with the title you provide. Or, if you invoke it after the chart is rendered, it will dynamically update the title area of the rendered chart.
