#9 manager aborts if no wireless card

The manager aborts if now wireless card is plugged in.
I think it should display a dialog telling that there
is no wireless card and exit cleanly.

This is what I get with no wireless card plugged in:

# gwireless

** ERROR **: wireless extensions problem
aborting...

and it leaves a core file.
