#22 cdrdao file generation bug

If a file has say, 5 tracks, the first track in the cdrdao.toc file will start at the second cue point, the second at the third, and so forth. The fifth track will include the content of all the original file.

This happens with version 0.21-10 (compiled on ubuntu hardy heron x86_64)

Previous version 0.21-08 behaved correctly

I've also just hit this problem. I have a patch that makes it do what I expect it to do i.e. makes N+1 tracks if there are N markers. If I can't figure out how to attach a file I'll send it to the GWC mailing list.

Fixed in 0.21-11 by allowing user to select all audio sections to be output or "every other one", allowing for elimination of gaps between tracks on the cdrdao.toc file.
