#157 resetToAccessible & objects moved outside the container

If elements are moved outside the container (eg the popup in the suggestion box, or anything that uses GWT's PopupPanel, like the current incarnation of the slideBar) they don't disappear if resetToAccessible is called. Need to make this reset cleverer.
