In Broker - "Consulta ordenes", title should disappear when the popup content is displayed. In IE it works fine, but the title remains in Firefox.

Hmmm, this is a FF bug - command does all the right things but FF doesn't register the title change. Tried both setting the title to "" and removing the attribute title. Also tried setting the title both at the beginning of the command sequence and at the end. I wonder if it was ever working before the command refactoring...

Down to larger timeLag. Forced immediate zapping of title on mouseover. Also reduced default timeLag to 800ms on request by Diego.
