#67 Tag for session expiration time

People have complained about getting timed out when taking a long time to fill out a Data Access form, and then losing their work when they submit too late.

The request is for a DA tag that displays the time when the current session will end, so that the site owner could put something like this on a custom layout:

"This page will expire at 2:15 PM. Please submit data before that time"
