In french and other languages using diacritic characters,
it's usefull to perform a find ignoring diacritic signs.

e.g. : search on "egal" =>
find "egal", "égal", "čgal", "ęgal", "égŕl" ....

This is especially useful when looking for word in upper
case, since not all texts use accentued upper letters.
e.g. : both "Egal" and "Égal" spelling can be found.
