#3 640x480 Minimum Screen

hey guys, I operate on low end p200 with a small 13"
monitor. Some of the panels are clearly designed for
larger screens though they do not need all this space. If
you could make the preferences panels etc as well as
the rest of the scree 640x480 compatible, I think that
would make this thing really low end friendly.
