#1 Goto Page option

How about an option to goto a certain page number? As
in a function (maybe under "Page") that says Goto.
This would pop-up either a text box, and/or a text box
with a list of pages. You then type in or select the
page you want to goto.

I realize that page numbering may change based on
window size. I wanted to go to the last page, without
hitting pagedown 80 times, that lead me to look for a
"goto page" option.

Another, probably more practical option, would be to have a goto % option.
Say go half way (50%) through the book, 75%, or some such thing.
