No

I am not sure the root of the problem; I just know it worked in 215,
and failed in 216b1. When I am compiling macish.c, I get error:

File ":macish.c"; line 92 #Error (Arg #1): no identifier for
declarator.

This happens with int (execv)() and int (execvp)(). The only
change I made was GUSI 215 -> 216b1.

    GUSI 2.1.6 has prototypes for these functions in unistd.h
    (because Natty implements them, although Natty has its own
    copy of unistd.h). I *could* take these prototypes out, but
    that would prevent MacPerl from building with Natty in the
    future. I'd suggest changing the exec... stubs instead so
    they conform to the prototypes (I can do that if you'd like
    me to).

    Fixed in macish.c.
