Hi,

This morning one of our users was editing her workflow and wanted to upload a new executable for a component.
She could come to the browse window, and after uploading it the screen would stay blank.
I then tried to change an executable for one of my workflows and got the same behavior.
After I restarted the portal it worked again.

Has this been seen before? (I've seen it before here)
Any advice on how to debug this next time it happens?

Hi,

I got it again, now made some screenshots. I also get an error in some of the cases.

There are three images:
step1: this is the screen before clicking the "green button"
step2a: this is the empty screen after clicking the "green button"
step2b: this is the screen after clicking the "green button" that gives an error

Obviously it is kind of annoying to restart the portal after every other edit of a workflow ...

Logging out and logging in again also works.
Still not ideal, but better than restarting.

Hi!
Can you send us the catalina.out logs? Is there any errors after the configuration?

It can be, that your dci-bridge.xml file under the dci_bridge_service webapp is corrupted. Can You try to deploy the original dci_bridge_service.war with the original dci-bridge.xml file? Please log out from Liferay and restart the tomcat!

Hi,
I've attached the catalina.out, its from a rather large period, so hopefully you can find something in it.
Further, I dont think it is related to one workflow, but I've attached a small helloworld workflow where it also happened.

How much time elapsed between you opened the config window and clicked the green button?
